Almost invisibleA new tray every 10 days

A single arch, or both arches moved together. Instalments can be arranged for orthodontic patients.
Trays that move the teeth gradually, and are almost invisible while they do it.
Worn continuously and changed on a schedule.
Simple cases only.
Complex cases involving extraction of teeth will not respond well to them, and we will tell you that at the consultation rather than after you have paid.
The cycle
Step through a month of treatment.
A tray every ten days, a visit every month. Move the control to see where the two rhythms meet.

Tray 1
Trays delivered
The trays arrive within a week of you approving the plan. The first one goes in and the cycle starts.
Before a tray is made
You approve the plan before a tray is made.
- 01
Records taken
Photographs and X-rays, before anything is made.
- 02
The laboratory proposes
They send back the improvements that will be made.
- Your call
You approve them
Treatment begins only after you have seen the plan and accepted it.
- 04
Trays within a week
Delivered within a week of approval, and the cycle starts.
Photographs and X-rays go to the laboratory first. They send back the improvements that will be made, and treatment begins only after you approve them.
What you are approving
The result, before the cost
The laboratory returns the movements it can achieve on your own records. If that is not what you wanted, nothing has been made and nothing has been paid for the trays. That is the whole reason the plan comes first.

What decides the result
Compliance is the treatment.
Compliance matters in every orthodontic treatment and in this one especially. The trays only work while they are being worn, and a lost tray is a genuine problem, so responsibility sits with the patient more than with braces.
Aligners or braces
What each one costs here.
Prices are per the clinic list.
Common questions
Eight questions, two plain columns.
Whether they suit you, and cost
4 questions01Are aligners right for my case?
They are used for simple cases only. Complex cases involving extraction of teeth will not respond well to them.
02What are clear aligners?
Trays that you wear, which move the teeth into the desired position.
03Aligners or braces, which is better for me?
It depends entirely on the case, and we will tell you which at the consultation.
04How much do clear aligners cost in Karachi?
PKR 180,000 for a single arch, and PKR 350,000 for both arches.
How the treatment runs
4 questions01How often do the trays change?
Every ten days, with a monthly visit at which new trays are given.
02What if I lose a tray?
It becomes a dilemma, which is why good compliance and responsibility on the patient’s part matter more here than in any other orthodontic treatment.
03How does aligner treatment work, from the start?
Before treatment begins, photographs and X-rays are taken and sent to the laboratory. They send back the movements they propose, and once you approve them treatment starts. The trays are delivered within a week. You come in monthly for new sets, and change trays every ten days.
04Do aligners need discipline?
Compliance matters in every orthodontic treatment and in this one especially. The trays only work while they are being worn, and a lost tray is a genuine problem, so responsibility sits with the patient more than with braces.
